Diagnosed 4 Years Ago With Non-ischemic Cardiomyopathy And LBBB---had Heart

diagnosed 4 years ago with non-ischemic cardiomyopathy and LBBB---had heart cath with no blockages. have had 2 MUGA ---the last one 3 weeks ago---heard today that my EF is 41% down from 45% 18 months ago----have app with local cardiologist in 2 days. What questions should I ask the Dr? Are other tests likely? I have SOB most noticeable on climbing stairs and walking up a hill. Have it to the point of not being able to carry on a conversation. Any info is greatly appreciated. Thank you
