Diagnosed With Pinched Nerve In Neck A Few Months Ago

diagnosed with pinched nerve in neck a few months ago ,along with carpo tunnel in left hand,which I had surgery for. Hand was better for awhile but then started tingling again all the way up my arm.Now I have pain going from hand to shoulder and neck. getting worse lately to where I cant find a comfortable place way to sleep without it hurting.I also have arthitis in my shoulders and hands.So what do I do to get some relieve from pain
