Did And Extraction Recently It Was A Rough Surgery, Tooth

did and extraction recently it was a rough surgery, tooth broke before it was out however i was told during the whole process my sinus was damaged.now three weeks later i am having a very bad odor coming from my left nostril.it is very disgusting,it smells like rotten flesh,it literally stinks, presently on amox tr-kclv for seven days and nasal spray flonase.my question.can a damage sinus cause such stench. please help any suggestion will be appreciated. it also give a bad taste in my mouth. lost appetite.
