Discoloured Patch Is Appeared About 8 Month Back On My

discoloured patch is appeared about 8 month back on my private organ, now it is gown in 4 fold (@ 50 sq mm) than the earlier level (@ 20 sq mm) when detected. the spot where it appeared is having proper sensitivity and no other problems like itching, pain, swelling etc.
Is it creates a Sirius problem in future? or spreads to hole body? if so where should i get treatment to avoid spreading or else.
