I have pain in my mid upper arm whenever i try to lift anything. It shoots up into my shoulder. I fell one day and landed hard on that spot. It has bothered me ever since. At first I could not raise my arm without pain. Now I can raise it and circle it but cannot lift any weight. Sometimes it hurts at night.
