Doc I Am Having Sinus Infection For Almost 1 Year

doc i am having sinus infection for almost 1 year ... and i have taken alot of medicines and etc .. last year i got a septoplasty nasal surgery because of deviated septum ... now i am having a problem that in my mouth at left uper corner besides the teeth i feel something popped out... nd my gums are also swollen .. y this is happening ??
