Doc.i Have Tb Last 2014 I Consulted A Pulmonologist Doctor

doc.i have tb last 2014 i consulted a pulmonologist doctor and i was treated six months with fixcom 4 and 3.iwas cured.but after around 2 or 3 mths i had cough.it was disaprd but it will returned.i consultwd my doktor.gven antibiotic but after a month the cough is there again with yellow phlegm.i have sputum but nwgative but the cough will go back.this time oct.23@24 2016 afbsmear for 2 consecutive morning and myco tb cs- for laboratory.the result nwxt week.i havw an xray oct.20/2016 the result is ptb disease,both upper lungs,inrercurrent pneumonia,both lower lungs cardiomegally,atherosclerotic aorta.why is it that ptb is recurrent.i am a teacher doc.please advise me what is the best medicine i will take by this time?the result of the smear maybe 4 days but the myco tb cs will be 2 months.
