Doctor I Have A Lot Of Scarring On My Face

doctor i have a lot of scarring on my face due to picking on pimples . They have turned into dark black spots so i picked on those again to remove any residual thing inside to get rid of the spot which further degraded it n its become red n black n have got skin tearing at the place. plz help i am so embaressed as it has disfigured my face completely.
