Doctor Prescribed Ecosprine300 Mg Once A Day. But I Gave

doctor prescribed ecosprine300 mg once a day. but I gave at 12 pm 300 mg and again I gave 300 mg at 6 pm. up to 10 pm nothing happened any side effect. but patient having previous history of bleeding disorder. so is there any chance of problem or any side effect of over dose of ecosprine?
