does having a fecal impaction affect a menstral period are they related in some way im bout over a week late last period wuz dec 25th and i have currently fecal impaction and i am going to go i a gi specliast ive had a tubal ligation and had pregnacy test comes up negative i knew i wuznt pregnant anyways but im late and i think i have blockage in my intestines or could it be early menopause im 43
