Does This Mean That Something Is Really Bad? Sinus Rhythm,

does this mean that something is really bad?
Sinus rhythm, left and abnormaility RSR' in V1 and V2
I'm a 51 yr. old female, with narcolepsy for the past 22 years and seem to be having several issues with my heath. I was a Kidney donor and now am in stage 3 renal failure, sugar, high blood pressure, but I of late my blood pressure has been a bit high and I have what feels like a heavy pressure on my chest then stabbing pain to my heart area. but can you tell me if the above test result is something to be concerned about.
Thank You
