Dr. I Met With A Train Accident On 22nd August

dr. i met with a train accident on 22nd august 2014 and had a traumatic brain injury was unconcious for almost 2 months could not speak for 3 months but i improved but noe iam having a problem in speech and i have started walking but sometimes i become disbalance currently iam showing to dr. rajiv motiani and my medication is baclof twice a day rejunex once a day and lonazep .25 once a day
