Dr. Im A Diabetic Patient For The Last 22 Years

dr. im a diabetic patient for the last 22 years .i am taking zomalis met and gluconorm g1 for a long time.now i had an angiogram and they said there are blocks and surgeory is the only way.but my cardiologyst who follows dr.ornish doent go for a surgeory.i am also against it.so im under his treatment for the last one month .i lost 4 kgs and i am on strict diet ,yoga they taught and walking .so my sugar has reduced a lot getting hypoglycemia.but sometimes it is ging upto 200 -205.so which medicine should i take now?between zomelist and gluconorm,.i am from india.please advise me
