during martial arts, I was warming up and so I decided to do the splits and my left leg was at the front but when I was almost all the way down, I hurt a crack / pop and it started to hurt a lot (heard it on my left thigh) and it prevented me to kick / walk without pain. at night I put some deep heat cream and I wrapped it up with bandages and went to sleep, but it made it very uncomfortable to sleep with a sore thigh. when I woke up, it seemed worst but i out some deep heat cream again and wrapped it. i have competitions in two weeks and I really need to go. any suggestions on how i can heal it but go to the competition at the same time ??
