During My Follicular Study On Day 21 Right Ovary Showed

during my follicular study on day 21 right ovary showed a growth of follicle 20X18 with enometrial thickness of 11 mm. I was given an injection of HUCOG 10000 to get the follicle ruputre but on 23rd it did not showed any sign of rupture, rather the size increased to 23X18. can i get pregnant?
