Earache In Both Ears....swollen Glands Both Sides, Pain Under Jawline

earache in both ears....swollen glands both sides, pain under jawline getting harder to swallow, not a sore throat though. bought otc earache relief drops, put in both ears with cotton to keep drops in. ..now right ear feels like I still have liquid in it, feels clogged. did I put too many drops in? Is there anything I should do tonight? Go see a Dr. tomorrow? Thanks,
