Earier Today At About 5 Pm I Took A Pregnancy

earier today at about 5 pm i took a pregnancy test and it came out positive at around 7:30 pm i took a digital pregnancy test and it came out negative ive been getting cramps for the last few days but havent gotten my period my boobs usually hurt before i start my period however this month only my nipple and the sides of my boobs hurt ad they are extremely veiny i have only gotten nauses a few times but only after i ate my last period was on the 14 of may and was due again on the 10-11 i use a period tracker me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex with no method of protection for a week around may 21-28 and again im crampy but usually my period cramps are constant and are almost unbearable the ones im getting are bearable and only last a few seconds, with the 2 pregnancy tests i dont know if i am or am not pregnant or what i should do
