Early 40s And For The Past I'd Say 5-8 Years

early 40s and for the past I'd say 5-8 years he hasn't been able to do anything with us we go to an amusement park he has to sit and he can't walk much we've tried everything from knee braces to ointments nothing stops his pain doctors automatically send him away because of no insurance and I feel like he is not my dad anymore he went through a stage of drinking it away and luckily it didn't get too bad but I'm in desperate need of some medical advice because tonight he was sobbing and he was scaring me of how much pain he was in and I have never seen my dad cry let alone sobbing I pray for a free surgrey but I know it will not happen my only wish is to relieve his pain the slightest bit I can how can I ?
