Early This Morning I Went To Use The Restroom And

early this morning I went to use the restroom and i saw light pink blood on my tissue and inside the toilet, I thought my cycle had come early( its not due to come until next the 04.17.18) but the blood went away until now its 1:37am and the blood came back(light pink) just on the tissue. what does that mean?
