EeeI Have Been Diagnosed With Neurapathy . It Is Affecting

eeeI have been diagnosed with neurapathy . It is affecting both my feet , and now I suspect my left arm & especially my fingers.I am on 300 mg gabapentin 3x daily. It helped in the beginning a little but seems that either I need another upping of it however my DR. &I are fearful to do this; 1200 mg is a LOT a of gabapentin] any suggestions ?
