Ever Since I Was 7 Years Old Ive Had Irritable

ever since i was 7 years old ive had irritable bows where ive had excessive gas and i dont eat fattening foods nor am i overweight. it also causes a cramp around my rib area. is there any medicine i could take or something i could do to finally stop this? im only 16.
