Every Couple Of Minutes Just Under My Left Chest Rumbles

every couple of minutes just under my left chest rumbles for a couple of seconds, it's been constant all day and the past two days I have been having extreme body muscle pains generally around my chest back and shoulders. Is this something I should be concerned about ?
