Every Once In A While I Have A Cramp Of

every once in a while I have a cramp of sorts, right at the rib cage line on the right side. this happens after I have a bowel movement and when i'm wiping my bum. it feels like i'M SMASHING something inside. and I have to stand up and stretch that side of my abdomen. it does happen on both sides but the right side hurts more. it only happens once in a while and I am over weight. large frame broad shoulders 6 ft. 1 in. 270lbs 40 inch waist. 53 years old.
