Everything I See Shakes From Left To Right But When

everything I see shakes from left to right but when its happening I ask some one to look at me and they say my eyes are sitting still at the same time I get a feeling of sinking into my seat or falling... this usually lasts 5 -10 mins then goes away usually when I'm reading...
