Everytime I Use The Bathroom My Stools Wont Come Out

everytime i use the bathroom my stools wont come out it feels like it has falling down and when it done that my blatter get full of urine and its hard for it to come out also and my lower stomach hurts so bad is that possible for that to happen i mean can it fall
