Excessive Pain Lower Back Extends Down Front Of Right Leg

excessive pain lower back extends down front of right leg when walking seems to be bursitis but cordisone shots not helpful. pins and needles and some numbness in the right foot. have had two reent back surgerys appear not to have helped although xray shows successful surgery.
