Feeling A Tightness Around My Left Eye, And Like The

feeling a tightness around my left eye, and like the muscles around the eye are not strong enough to open the eyelid up fully. also my vision is a little funny, my eyes have a condition were they work independently of each other. my right eye dose all my long distance and my left eye short distance. generally though my long distance sight is better with both eyes open. but at the moment with just my right eye open my long distance is clear but with both eyes open my vision is slightly blurred.
