Feeling Numbness In My Legs...have Ms And Been Symptom Free

feeling numbness in my legs...have ms and been symptom free for years. MS only shows up in MRI's and sensitivity to heat. I was doing some stretches the other day and wonder if I hurt my back. Tylenol helps with a bit of pain in my back. Could numbness in legs be from straining my back when stretching?
