Fell Off My Horse Today. I'm Sore But Expect That.

fell off my horse today. I'm sore but expect that. I've had a headache all day since the fall though. It is at the back of my head and moves from there to the front (sinus) area.
I honestly don't remember the fall and don't know if I hit my head or not.
