Felt Like Something Was Stuck To Bottom Of My Foot

felt like something was stuck to bottom of my foot - when I walked felt like a small marble - then suddenly felt a charley horse - next day side of foot by my baby toe had bruising and the bottom of my foot right in the center had a purple round circle - I did not step on anything - very strange
