Felt Sharp Burning Pain Along With A Tearing Feeling In

felt sharp burning pain along with a tearing feeling in left hand just between thumb and fore finger. I was treated for triger thumb last year and recived a shot for that, and three weeks later my thumb returned to normal. But this time i had no issues with triger thumb its been over a year since then. The pain is comeing from the area where the shot was given last year, Any sugestions?
