Female, 40, 165cm Tall, 64kg. I Have Had On And

female, 40, 165cm tall, 64kg. I have had on and off lower abdominal pain for the last 3 years, 1 year ago I had an 8cm benign ovarian cyst removed. I have had other large, functional ovarian cysts recently that caused discomfort for a couple of months before going. In the last month the abdominal pain has become increasingly bad, with a feeling of pressure in my lower pelvis, lower back pain and pain around my tailbone, if I try to completely empty my bladder I have a dull aching pain on the lower right of my abdomen. I have become increasingly low in energy and my appetite is not what it was. My GP tells me it is just IBS but I am not convinced as the pain can be so intense. Some days my abdomen is so tender to the touch that I can't wear jeans or fitting clothing around my mid section.
