Female Baby 6years Old Weight 16.5kgm. Suffered Fever Head Ache

female baby 6years old weight 16.5kgm. suffered fever head ache and stomach pain from 29/10/16. diagonasing done on 31/10/16 with the result of ns1 positive, wbc 7900, platelet 191000. same day admitted in hospital and treated and monitored pulse, bp, temperature continuosly. test done again on 2/11/16 results are wbc 3900, platelet 170000. and discharged from hospital. baby now active. but results shown decreased wbc. is it ok?
