First Sono I Was Suppossed To Be 7 Weeks But

first sono i was suppossed to be 7 weeks but measured 5 weeks 1 day my second sono was 5 weeks 6 days..both showed empty sac...I am on progesterone and my levels went first time from 6000 to almost 11000 but then the second level only went up about 1000.... I have no cramps...no bleeding...no spotting..Does this sound like miscarriage or is their hope? They wanted me to do a d & C but I felt it was too early going for a second opinion Im not comfortable with going directly with the surgery and not understanding why it wouldnt happen naturally or give it a slight chance..or maybe im just hoping
