Five Days Ago I Fell Hard On My Knee On

five days ago I fell hard on my knee on my tile flooring. The knee has been very sore, but manageable. I now have very intense pain on the opposite side of my leg just below the knee. it is particularly painful when getting up, sitting or walking. I do have a history of blood clots . I am 68 years old and quite active.
