For 4 Weeks Now I Have Been Treated For Lower

for 4 weeks now I have been treated for Lower Back Pain. Associated DX: Lumbar radiculopathy, acute
left Sciatica. Last night my right Zygomatic arch started to become very tender to slightest touch, rough night sleeping as I have to lye on right side to sleep. I am not presently taking any pain Meds, any ideas why this is happening ?
