For About A Week Now I Have Had A Burning

for about a week now I have had a burning hear anything and now a burning or itching feeling on the outer side of my vaginal opening I had unprotected sex about a week and two days ago with my boyfriend and now all the was done these things have been happening I've been using an over the counter yeast infection medication for 3 days, and used an over the counter uti treatment but the painful itchy feeling around the opening has not subsided. there is no older be painful urination has dissipated and it seems that my clitoris is a darksh reddish purple at the top where the fold come down I'm wondering if I could possibly have an STD or if I'm paranoid
