For About A Year, My Right Upper Arm Above Elbow

for about a year, my right upper arm above elbow has hurt - felt like muscles pulled or something but did nothing to it. Continued worse and worse. About 3 months ago, ortho who deals with my knees though rotator cuff - MRI showed very small tear but I was perplexed cuz the shoulder never did hurt. Pain has continued to get worse and worse. Last couple months almost constant. Had couple cortisone shots - not a lot of help - over past 4 weeks pain is very sore - gross but trouble wiping and washing in shower as can't manipulate arm anymore very well. Can't imagine such severe pain in this arm area being a rotator cuff issue.
