For As Long I As I Can Remember I Taste

for as long I as I can remember I taste what I smell. I'm especially sensitive to soaps deodorants colognes perfumes fabric softener cleaning supplies well just about everything exhaust fumes I taste it and they are all distinct. Its irritating that I have to be careful what I wash my body with because I'm going to taste it all day or I have to lie and say " oh you smell nice" when I want to say omg get away from me ! Any Help?
