For Months I H Ave Been Experiencing Shoulder Joint Pain

for months I h ave been experiencing shoulder joint pain on both sides. As of lately I have pain and numbness at night that goes from neck down arms and into both hands, including back neck pain. The shoulder pain even during the day can restrict movement such as raising my arms. Notice more discomfort when I am sleeping. I work out and exercise regularly 3-5 times a week for well over a year.
