For Over A Month I Have Been Experienceing An Eye

for over a month i have been experienceing an eye twitch in my upper lid in my left eye, this is now more constant and causing me dull and ice pick heads ache over the eye, I feel like i have a build up of pressure under the eye. over the last few days my neck has become stiff.
