For Past One Year My Motion Is Semi Solid Not

for past one year my motion is semi solid not loose motion but consistency is less than regular. And i have to evacuate my bowel immediately as soon as i get up in the morning. recently i developed slight pain in the right side below my breast under the rib cage. if turn to my right and sleep i feel inconvenient. i am 48 years old, had my second baby very late at 40 years. Had early monopause by 46 years.
