For Several Weeks I Have Had Occasional Hoarseness And A

for several weeks I have had occasional hoarseness and a mild redness in my throat. I'm fine until I talk continually for several minutes, like on the phone. I have tried Flonase and most recently omeprazole prescribed to see if it was reflux. Nothing is making any difference. Could it be allergies?
