For The Last 2 Weeks Ive Have Lower Left Abdominal

for the last 2 weeks ive have lower left abdominal pain not severe just nagging but really hurts when i cpugh or sneeze. my bowell.movements have changed normall regular 2-3 time a day but now only once which for the last 2 weeks has been loose and now constipated.
