For The Last 24 Hours My Left Eye Only Has

for the last 24 hours my left eye only has been in pain and is bloodshot only in the far inside corner. The redness stops around the iris. It feels like there is a piece of sand stuck under the lid, always in the same spot. It is irritated but doesn't seem to have discharge. there is also some discoloration, almost like it's bruised. I flushed my eye out for 10 min and it didn't seem to help. I also have pinkeye drops I have been putting in it, but it doesn't seem to be helping.
