For The Last 4 Years, I Wake Up At About

for the last 4 years, I wake up at about 3AM every morning with severe pain in my lower left side of my abdomen and GI tract. Already seen 2 Gastro specialists and both did endoscopy and colonostophy. also had cat scans and MRI plus ultra sound tests. Nobody can tell whats going on. All tests were negative. They said it could be IBS-C. They had me try 3 different medications. I am taking dicyclamine 4 times daily plus fiber and probiotics. Nothing seems to work. Sombody out there must have an answer. I can't be the only person suffering from this condition. I am a 61 year old male.
