For The Last Few Nights I Have Been Having Head

for the last few nights I have been having head aches as I am right now that is what made me think to look this up. my blood pressure usually runs 110/70 but the last 2 nights when I ran it when my head was killing we and asprin was not helping I checked my blood pressure and it was like 194/101. what can I do to get it down and keep it down?
