For The Last Few Weeks I Have Been Smelling And

for the last few weeks I have been smelling and tasting bleach. it worsens throughout the day until at night I have a headache and nausea and feel like my head is in a bucket of bleach. I have had a ct scan (normal) and am told by my dr. that my sinuses appear normal. she has me on an antihistamine and Flonase and guiafenasin anyway though, without any relief. now what?
