For The Last Few Weeks I Have Had A Pulsating

for the last few weeks I have had a pulsating feeling just under my rib cage around where I expect is the top of my stomach. It is a similar feeling to when I was first felt fetal movement during pregnancy . I am 58 through menopause so I know pregnancy is not the answer. I often pass quite a bit of flatus throughout the day and have good bowel movement habits. Called for a DR appt, awaiting a return call. I have been reading about AAA and have concerns. Could it be something related to Gastroissues.
