For The Last Week Or More My Right 4 Finger's

for the last week or more my right 4 finger's have been hurting and last night my arm and hand went numb out of the blue, i went to bed woke up and my four fingers were swollen but my middle finger i couldn't move. I finally got it worked out but every time i use that hand it swells up again and hurts, if i press on the bone itself it really hurts, what do you think it could be?
